Overlap your troops' field of fire. Ensure that they can support each
other. When the point man discovers the bad guys, it's important that the
rest of your force especially the BARs and Bazookas--are in position to
engage them.
Keep the sergeants out of the front lines.
They are valuable for several reasons, not the least of which is their
allotment of smoke grenades. Try to cover movement over open terrain with
smoke.
When fighting German armor, go for the side
or rear shot. Their "toughness," as Shrapnel calls it, is lower on the
sides and rear. This may be the only way that you will take out a Tiger
tank.
